Session lengths and availability can vary. Dr. Ming’s physical therapy is a separate clinical service, not part of a training session.

You do not need to be worn out to know you did something worthwhile.
Our small studio makes room for individualized strength training, core work, mobility and the personal attention that helps you keep going. We challenge you appropriately, explain what you are doing, and change the plan as you progress.

On a GLP-1 or going without?
Build muscle either way.
The scale only tells half the story. As you work to lose fat, coach-led strength training can help you hold on to muscle—supporting your strength, metabolic health, and a more sustainable approach.
Weight loss can take some muscle along with fat, whether medication is part of your plan or not. Muscle contributes to everyday strength and how your body uses energy.
Founded by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, ANTIOX offers coach-led training shaped around your body, your history, and your goals. On a GLP-1, off one, or somewhere in between, we meet you where you are—building strength and confidence for a healthier future.

Meet Dr. Marlon Ming.
ANTIOX founder Marlon Ming, PT, DPT, brings more than 19 years of clinical physical-therapy experience to his belief that movement should be personal. He built this studio to make coaching feel more attentive, not more intimidating.
Regular personal training is coaching, not physical therapy. If you need an injury evaluation or rehabilitation, explore the separate physical-therapy service.

Good guidance makes the next step less intimidating. Start with one of these practical reads, then bring your questions to us.
How should a woman over 50 start strength training?
02 / THE APPROACHDo you need bootcamp workouts to lose weight?
03 / MIDLIFE STRENGTHWhy does building muscle matter during and after menopause?
Good questions.
Straight answers.
We would rather tell you what to expect than ask you to guess.
Do you offer bootcamp workouts?
No. ANTIOX focuses on progressive strength training, core control, mobility and personal coaching. The goal is an appropriate challenge and useful progress, not exhaustion for its own sake.
Is ANTIOX suitable for women over 50 or 60?
Yes. The studio is built with women in midlife and beyond in mind. Coaches can adapt movement and progression to your experience and abilities; discuss medical limitations with your clinician.
What if I am out of shape or have not exercised in years?
You do not need to get in shape before you visit. Tell us where you are now; a coach can help you choose a starting point and build from there. This is not a tryout.
Can ANTIOX help me lose weight without extreme dieting?
We combine strength training, practical nutrition coaching and accountability to support realistic progress. You will not be asked to follow a fad diet. Individual outcomes vary.
What if I have an injury or physical limitations?
Tell us before training and speak with your health-care professional about symptoms. ANTIOX physical therapy is a separate clinical service for appropriate evaluation and rehabilitation; coaching is not a PT assessment.
What makes ANTIOX different from a regular gym?
Coach-led small-group training is capped at six people. You get coaching, movement options and accountability, plus access to nutrition support, body-composition conversations, a juice bar and separate physical therapy.
How long are sessions, and can they fit a busy week?
Typical small-group sessions run about 45 minutes. Tell us about your work and family calendar; the team can explain current times and help you consider a realistic routine.
Ask about HSA / FSA.
ANTIOX accepts HSA/FSA cards for qualifying services. Eligibility depends on your plan and medical need; Pilates and everyday juice orders are not assumed eligible.
UNDERSTAND ELIGIBILITYYou do not have to do it alone.
Tell us what is getting in the way. We will help you choose a starting point that fits your life.
