You bring yourself.
We bring the plan.
A close-knit studio for women over 40 who want to build strength, not manage another do-it-yourself program. A coach guides your movement, helps adjust the plan and keeps you accountable, not lost on a crowded gym floor.

Coach-led strength that
meets you here.
Small groups capped at six give your coach room to notice how you move, offer guidance and help you build strength with others beside you. Sessions typically run about 45 minutes.
BOOK AN ORIENTATION
Real feedback. Real confidence.
Jessica and the ANTIOX coaching team help you practice the movement in front of you, adjust when you need to, and build strength with a person beside you, not just a workout on a screen.
MEET YOUR COACHStrength with progression.
Build a foundation, work on technique and make measured changes in resistance or movement as you get more capable.
Options, not pressure.
Change a movement’s load, range or tempo with your coach. Appropriate challenge matters more than copying the hardest variation.
Someone who checks in.
A coach knows what you are working on and helps you stay accountable through busy weeks, with practical nutrition guidance available.
It starts with a conversation.
Tell us where you are
Share your goals, availability, experience and relevant limits. If you have new or persistent symptoms, consult your health-care professional before training.
Find your starting point
A coach helps you choose movements and a realistic progression. Your first session does not have to look like anyone else’s.
Build a repeatable routine
Strength, core and mobility become part of a plan you can work into a full life, with coaching and check-ins along the way.
What makes it personal?
How is small-group training different from a bootcamp?
Bootcamp formats vary. At ANTIOX, a coach can guide different variations and progressions within a group capped at six rather than assuming everyone follows the same pace. Read the full comparison.
What if I have never lifted a weight?
That is a perfectly reasonable starting point. Your coach can help you practice the basic movements first and add resistance when you are ready. See how beginners can start.
Is this physical therapy?
No. Personal training is exercise coaching, not a clinical evaluation or treatment. Founder Marlon Ming is a DPT, but ANTIOX physical therapy is a separate service for appropriate injuries and conditions.
Can I fit it around a full calendar?
Tell us about your schedule at the orientation. Typical sessions are approximately 45 minutes; the team can explain current availability and help you discuss a realistic routine.
