Build core confidence.
Work toward better awareness and control of your movement with a coach-led approach—not an endless set of videos to figure out alone.
Maybe your middle feels different after 40. Maybe it changed after having children—or maybe motherhood is not part of your story. Either way, you deserve movement that starts where you are, with guidance instead of guesswork.
ANTIOX is preparing a close-knit, six-week Pilates program in Hagerstown, with attention to how you move. We are gathering interest before setting dates. Join the list for confirmed cohort details and early access; this page is not a class booking.

The video mentions a tentative start and cohort size. We are gathering interest before setting dates; confirmed details will be shared with the early-access list.
When life is full, you need more than a list of exercises. We are shaping a six-week experience where your coach can guide the movement, help you find a pace and make it easier to show up again.
Meet Jessica in the ANTIOX welcome video and hear why she talks about core strength, posture, body awareness and mobility. Then take the two-minute snapshot to tell us what kind of support matters to you.
EXPLORE YOUR STARTING POINT
Work toward better awareness and control of your movement with a coach-led approach—not an endless set of videos to figure out alone.
Our proposed small format is meant to leave space for questions and individual cues, whether you are returning to movement or looking for a thoughtful complement to your routine.
We know a busy schedule can make self-care easy to postpone. Tell us when you could realistically attend so the team can plan around the people who want to be here.
For some women it is core strength. For others it is posture, confidence around their midsection or a pelvic-floor-aware conversation. You do not need to have had children—or have a perfect routine—to tell us what matters to you.
Answer five short, nonmedical questions, see a useful starting-point suggestion, and join the early-access list only if you choose.
TAKE THE SNAPSHOT & GET EARLY ACCESSNot from this page. The welcome video describes a planned first cohort in Hagerstown. ANTIOX will share confirmed availability, dates and pricing with interested visitors. Early access means first notice, not a reserved place.
No class can promise a particular body shape or spot-reduce belly fat. The focus here is coached movement, core control and a routine that fits real life; individual experiences vary.
You are welcome to tell us that a pelvic-floor-aware approach matters to you, without sharing private medical details in the survey. Pilates is not a diagnosis or a substitute for care. If you have symptoms or pain, check with a qualified clinician about the right next step for you.
Take the short snapshot and be among the first to hear when ANTIOX Pilates details are ready.
