For the Home option, you'll need a set of resistance bands and dumbbells. For the Gym option, standard gym equipment is all you need. Every exercise includes a video demonstration so you'll always know exactly what to do.
SCULPT is designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're new to exercise, early postpartum, or consider yourself unfit, this program will work for you. Your dedicated coach will guide you through every step, modify exercises as needed, and ensure you're progressing safely at your own pace.
After purchase, you'll receive an activation email. Download the ANTIOX app (available on iOS and Android), log in with the email you used at checkout, and your program will be loaded and ready to go. Everything lives in the app: workouts, meal plans, habit tracking, recipes, and direct messaging with your coach.
New rounds kick off every Monday. Once you purchase, your program will automatically load in the app and begin the following Monday. This gives you time to get set up, review your nutrition plan, and prepare for day one.
The Home and Gym versions are separate programs with different exercises optimized for each environment. You'll choose one at registration. If you'd like to switch for your next round, simply select the other option when you re-register. These are both online programs that you can do at your home or at a local gym of your choice.
SCULPT uses a flexible dieting approach, which means you're not locked into specific meals. The recipe library includes options for various dietary preferences, and you can also use MyFitnessPal to track your own meals while staying within your personalized macro targets. Your coach can help you adjust as needed.
